Meet Ant! This nine-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua mix has had a tough road, but he’s slowly learning to trust again. Ant spent six long years in a private shelter before it shut down, only to end up in a crowded kennel at the Pinal County shelter. Overwhelmed and terrified, he was found by Home Fur Good’s Animal Coordinator, huddled in a corner, frozen with fear. Since arriving at Home Fur Good, Ant has started to find his footing. With a safe environment and gentle encouragement, he’s begun to explore and even made a few canine friends. He recently enjoyed a play session with two fellow Chihuahuas! Ant still has a long journey ahead, but he’s showing us that with love and patience, he’s capable of blossoming into a devoted and happy companion. Ant’s adoption fee is $150 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Come meet Ant during adoption hours, Thursday–Saturday from 11am to 4pm. Call 602-971-1334 to schedule your visit! View full description »

Clint loves to snuggle and will happily wiggle his way into your lap. His playful side shines when he gets the zoomies, darting around like an adorable little fur missile. He enjoys toys, especially his beloved green squeaky toy, which provides him endless entertainment. He also LOVES playing with other dogs! Clint is highly treat-motivated and eager to please, making training a fun and rewarding experience. While he has no food-guarding tendencies, he can be a bit wary of strangers. Say “Hello” to an incredible pup named Coach, a 4-year-old Lab mix who’s on the lookout for his forever home. If you’re in search of a loving companion who will fill your life with joy and laughter, Coach just might be your perfect match! Coach is the kind of dog who knows how to give you all the feels. With his big, expressive eyes and gentle demeanor, he’ll melt your heart in no time. Coach is also an outdoor enthusiast! He loves going for walks and will make an excellent hiking buddy. He walks at a nice pace, checks in with you frequently, and is always up for exploring new trails. Imagine the adventures you could share! While Coach is incredibly loving, he does have some unique needs that his future owner should be aware of. He can be protective over his humans and his space, so it’s important to have an owner who is comfortable taking the lead and setting clear boundaries. With his tendency to resource guard people, he would do best in a home without small children. Coach will also need to be the only pet, he prefers all the love to himself. If you think you might be the right fit for this special boy, reach out to Home Fur Good. Kingston was adopted 3/2018 & is in search of a new home due to not adjusting well to a growing toddler. He needs to find a calm home where he can thrive and relax. King is well trained with basic commands, can walk on a leash (though sometimes doesn’t want to leave home), and is potty trained. He’s a loving companion that loves to play with toys, chew on bones, play wrestle, and loves a good butt scratch. He will do best in a home without small children, other dogs, or cats. He’s 7.5 years old and has always been an anxious boy that gets spooked easily, but is a happy and chill pup when he’s comfortable. He’s neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccines. To manage some skin allergies, Kingston takes allergy medication and eats food without chicken/grain. Please text or call Melissa at 602-882-5255 if you’re interested in Kingston. Carlow was adopted from HFG and his current adopter is looking to rehome him as it turns out he'd be better as an only dog. Here's some information from his current owner: Carlow is a medium size Schnauzer mix, roughly 2-3 years old and current on all his vaccines. He's super healthy, beautiful coat, well-mannered and just looking for ways to please his people. He is a wonderful family dog and has so much patience and playfulness with young kids. His earlier life mistreatment makes him struggle with resource sharing; he must be the only dog in the house. The great news is - one dog is enough with the big personality and all the love Carlow brings!! Carlow is currently living in a home with a second dog that isn't a good fit, so he's patiently waiting to meet his furever people! Call 917-297-3900 if interested View full description »
Meet Cricket! This gentle seven-year-old, 11-pound Chihuahua mix is looking for a quiet, loving home where she can finally feel safe. Cricket spent time at a private rescue before being transferred to the Pinal County shelter when the rescue closed. There, she shared a kennel with several other dogs, an overwhelming experience for a shy little soul like her. Despite her reserved nature, Cricket clearly wants to connect. She watches people closely and will slowly inch her way toward you, curious and hopeful. She’s easy to handle, and with patience and gentle care, she’ll grow into a devoted companion. Once she feels secure, her sweet personality begins to shine. Cricket doesn’t ask for much, just a calm environment and someone who understands that trust takes time. In return, she’ll give you quiet loyalty and love. Her $150 adoption fee includes spay, vaccinations, microchip, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. To meet Cricket, call 602-971-1334 to schedule an appointment during adoption hours, Thursday through Saturday from 11am to 4pm. View full description »
Dove is a gentle soul in search of a patient and loving forever home. This one-year-old, 34-pound Lab mix arrived at Home Fur Good timid and uncertain, often retreating to the corner of her kennel. Though she remains cautious, she has made incredible progress in building trust. Given time to adjust, Dove’s sweet and affectionate nature shines through. She loves crawling into laps for cuddles and kisses, offering endless love to those who earn her trust. Dove enjoys chewing on Nylabones but isn’t particularly interested in toys. She’s still unfamiliar with leashes and will need gentle training to build confidence on walks. A quiet household will be the best fit for her, as young children may be overwhelming. Dove is a Guardian Angel dog with an adoption fee of $350. Guardian Angel dogs are highly desirable and command an increased adoption fee. This higher fee is used to defray the costs of caring for rescues with special needs, either medical or behavioral, or for those who are with us for unusually long periods of time. In this way our Guardian Angels directly help our other rescues! Adoption fees include spaying/neutering, age- appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment by calling 602-971-1334. View full description »
Meet Freddie, a five-year-old, 56-pound Beagle mix with the classic coloring and sturdy build of a Beagle, but the frame of a larger breed. Freddie is looking for a special, understanding forever home after a couple of mismatched adoptions. While he's sweet and loving with his people, Freddie is dog-reactive and should be the only pet in the household. He isn’t suited for dog parks or social outings involving other pets and would thrive in a calm environment with a predictable routine. Freddie can also be protective on the leash and would do best in a quieter neighborhood or with access to peaceful walking areas. Despite these sensitivities, he is a low-key companion who prefers the simple pleasure of being near his person over high-energy play. Freddie doesn’t ask for much—just a little space, some quiet, and someone willing to accept his boundaries and give him love. Freddie’s $225 adoption fee includes neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness exam at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Ready to meet this gentle soul? Adoption hours are Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Call 602-971-1334 to schedule a visit and see if Freddie is the right fit for your home. He’s waiting patiently to find the person who truly understands him. View full description »
Meet Gisele, a four-year-old English Bulldog with adorable wrinkles and a loving personality. Weighing in at 31 pounds, Gisele may have arrived at Home Fur Good thin and neglected, but her resilient spirit shines through. Despite her challenging past, Gisele’s enthusiasm for life is evident in the happy wiggle of her posterior as she eagerly approaches anyone willing to share a moment with her. She melts your heart with her gentle demeanor. This sweet doggo is a social butterfly, and she basks in the warmth of human companionship. Gisele has a penchant for affection. She’ll gladly lean on you, accepting scritches and pets with obvious gratitude. Her favorite pastime is chasing and fetching stuffed toys. She pounces on the toy and trots back with the cutest booty wiggle you’ll ever see! Although Gisele is a people-pleaser, she is not a fan of other dogs. She’d love to be the only pet in her forever home. Gisele has an inherited skin condition called Color Dilation Alopecia which causes her to have dry skin and spots of hair loss. There is no cure, but the condition can be managed with medication if she has flare-ups. For those who fall in love with Gisele, her adoption fee of $225 covers essential services such as spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and even a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Are you perfect? No? Neither is Guinness! You guys have so much in common already. Guinness is an active and smart little guy who love, love, LOVES his toys. He's a pro at fetch and will "sit" on command if you reward him with another throw. He enjoys attention and pets from those he knows and trusts. It takes awhile for Guinness to get to know new people. He can be nervous in new situations and would do best in an adult-only home without a lot of commotion or visitors. Are you the kind of person that enjoys a routine? So is Guinness! A structured lifestyle is Guinness' dream. Guinness has some behavioral issues that will be best handled with an experienced dog family. Let's just get it all out there- Guinness has been known to bite and we aren't always sure of his triggers. We have discovered that food/treats can definitely be a trigger. He gets hyper-focused on the snack bag, and if you try to cut him off before he's had his fill... well, he may make a snack out of your fingers instead. Guinness does tolerate other calm and polite dogs, so long as they don't try to steal his toys; we get it, we don't like to share either! Guinness also does not appreciate when another dog gets all up in his biz by sniffing too invasively, or trying to get him to play. He could potentially do well in a home with another dog, provided that dog recognizes when to let Guinness have his alone time, and YOU are dedicated to close supervision during interactions between animals. Besides toys, Guinness also enjoys walks around the neighborhood, and walks great on leash. He is an energetic guy and would love to be active with you! So is he perfect? Nope. But do we love him anyway? Yep! Guinness is looking for someone to love him just the way he is, flaws and all. Now that's something we can ALL relate to, right? Guinness is listed at 6.5-years-old and weighs approximately 18 pounds. His adoption fee is $225 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment. View full description »
Herman and Jack are an inseparable bonded pair of two-year-old German Shepherd mixes who are searching for a loving forever home together. Herman weighs 46 pounds, while Jack is slightly smaller at 43 pounds. Both dogs are shy and reserved when alone, making it challenging for them to engage with people. However, together they thrive, showing a playful and curious side that will delight you. When they’re together, Herman and Jack approach people more confidently and enjoy being petted. Their playtime is full of energy yet never aggressive, as they take breaks and coexist very nicely. They share toys without resource guarding and accept treats politely, demonstrating their sweet and gentle nature. These two would make a wonderful addition to a home with an adopter experienced in the German Shepherd breed. A securely fenced yard is essential to ensure they have a safe space to play and explore. Watching their friendship in action is pure joy, and they’ll bring double the love to their new family. Herman and Jack’s combined adoption fee of $350 covers their spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Meet this adorable duo during adoption hours, Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Schedule an appointment by calling 602-971-1334. Herman and Jack are ready to meet you and start their new chapter together! View full description »
Jessica is a loving, high energy, smart girl who’s been waiting and working hard to find her furever home. She is a HFG favorite, between the staff and volunteers we can't get enough of this sweet and goofy girl. Although the county shelter listed her as closer to 5 years old, we think she was much younger when she came to us. She is super playful and always ready for an adventure, being cooped up in her kennel is definitely something she's ready to say goodbye to. She does have reactivity issues towards other animals and will need someone understanding of this so she can be set up for success. She spent a couple weeks at board and train and as of 2025 is working with a new trainer who is willing to continue her training in the home after she's adopted. Jessica is at HFG where staff and volunteers are working hard to reinforce her training and make her shelter time as low stress inducing as possible. She will do best in a dog experienced home that will be able to continue her training while providing structure and consistency. The adoption fee is $225 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment. View full description »
Jingles is an eleven-year-old, 54-pound American Pit Bull Terrier. This sweet senior appreciates slow introductions but quickly warms up to show her lovable, slightly goofy side. Jingles has a special love for butt and back scritches, holding the "scritch me" pose as long as you're willing to oblige. If you stop, she’ll charm you with a playful bark, asking for just a little more affection. Though Jingles may have limited vision and a past that suggests she wasn't well cared for; her resilience shines through. Under the loving care she’s receiving now, she’s blossoming into a happier, more confident companion. Jingles dreams of a forever home where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by love, comfort, and plenty of scritches. Her adoption fee of $150 includes spaying, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Jupiter is a five-year-old, 43-pound German Shepherd mix with a future that’s full of potential. While he may be a little reserved at first, it doesn’t take long for him to warm up and become an attentive and eager companion. This smart boy already knows how to sit and shake, and his love for treats—especially cheese—makes him a quick learner for future training. Jupiter takes his treats politely and enjoys showing off his playful side, happily chasing after toys and bringing them back with a cheerful play bow. Although he can get a bit overenthusiastic and jump up on people, Jupiter responds well to training and is eager to please. He cooperates with leashing but could use some additional leash work. Impressively, he has shown the ability to remain calm and non-reactive when walking past barking dogs, making him an easily redirectable companion. Jupiter will thrive in an active family that can match his energy and continue his training. His adoption fee of $225 includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. To meet this lively and lovable doggo, call 602-971-1334 to schedule an appointment during adoption hours, Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Jupiter is ready to become your loyal and joyful new family member! View full description »
Meatball is a seven-year-old, 68-pound American Pit Bull Terrier mix. His journey began at just a few days old when Home Fur Good rescued him from the county shelter. He needed a mother, and Gia, a Norfolk Terrier who had recently given birth, welcomed him into her litter. Though he towered over his adoptive siblings, Meatball fit right in. Once he was old enough, he found a home, but due to changes in his adopter’s circumstances, he has returned to HFG as an adult. Meatball is a sweet, playful, and affectionate dog with plenty of energy. He thrives on interaction and is highly treat-motivated, making training a breeze. He already knows ‘sit’ and ‘shake’ and does well on a leash. It’s important to walk him with a harness, however. He is sensitive to having his windpipe constricted when walking with only a collar. Meatball enjoys the company of older children, though his enthusiasm may be overwhelming for little ones. He has also spent time with other dogs. Meatball’s adoption fee of $150 includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion, come meet Meatball! Adoption hours are Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Call 602-971-1334 to schedule an appointment. Mercury is a spirited four-year-old, 40-pound Terrier/APBT mix with a heart as big as his playful personality. Despite being a tripod, Mercury doesn’t let anything slow him down—he’s a lively boy who loves pouncing on balls, chasing stuffies, and engaging in interactive play with his favorite people. Once he gets to know you, Mercury’s sweet, affectionate side shines through, and he’ll happily soak up all the scritches and pets you can give. Though initially shy with new faces, Mercury warms up quickly and becomes a loyal, attentive companion. He’s easy to leash up, walks well on a leash, and remains calm when other dogs pass by. If his attention wanders, a quick redirection does the trick. Mercury is eager to please and will sit politely for treats, which he takes with the gentlest manners. With his affectionate nature and playful energy, Mercury is the perfect match for a family seeking a loving, devoted companion. His adoption fee of $225 includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Come meet Mercury and see if he’s the missing piece to your family! Call 602-971-1334 to schedule an appointment during adoption hours, Thursday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Nutmeg was turned in to the county shelter in early February 2022. While there, she seemed wary of new people, which did not help her on the adoption front. She does have a brief moment of shyness but if you have treats or start itching her bum, she will be your bestie, quick as a blink. Home Fur Good took her in and thought her forever home had been found, but it did not work out. Nutmeg has a positive attitude and she is ready to try again. She is a total lapdog and wants to soak up as much affection as she can. If you get goofy, or squeak a toy, she will get all silly and show you her amazing zoomies. Nutmeg is also a smarty-pants; she knows sit, paw or shake, and we think she knows down. If Nutmeg's new home has children, there should only be older children. Nutmeg is five-years-old and she is a 45-pound Pit Bull and Boxer mix. Give a call to meet your new girlfriend! The adoption fee for Nutmeg is $225. All adoption fees include spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment. View full description »
Meet Omelet, an affectionate 11-month-old, 41-pound terrier mix with a charming, whiskery face that hints at a possible dash of Airedale in his lineage. Omelet is a sweet-natured pup who thrives on human companionship, so much so that he might just greet you with a full-on hug! Still learning about the world, Omelet seeks comfort and confidence through snuggles and gentle reassurance. Sudden or loud noises can startle him, and he’ll crouch low when surprised, but his eagerness to please and love of treats make him highly trainable. Omelet is one of our Guardian Angel dogs, with an adoption fee of $350. Guardian Angel dogs are especially desirable, and their higher adoption fee helps support the care of rescues with medical or behavioral needs, or those who have been with us long-term. When you adopt Omelet, you’re helping another dog, too! All adoptions include spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccines, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Adoption hours are Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment. To meet Omelet, call 602-971-1334 and prepare to fall in love with this gentle, huggable companion. Petey has had a DNA Test, he is 42% American Pit Bull Terrier, 17% American Staffordshire Terrier, 8% Boxer, 8% Chow Chow and 4% Chihuahua. That sounds like Super Mutt to us! Petey’s birthday is November 23, 2019, and he has been at Home Fur Good since November 2021. Petey was found as a stray. His finders took him home and he was free to roam with the husband, wife and their existing dogs with no issues. Over time, Petey has developed negative shelter behaviors, for example, kennel and stranger reactivity. In September 2022, Petey went to Couth Canine for Board and Train. Petey was trained on a prong collar. He learned sit, down, place, wait and heel. While at Couth Canine, Petey did have yard time with other dogs. Couth Canine feels that Petey’s reaction to meeting new people is from fear. Petey does not know what the new person wants, so Petey learned if he lip curls and growls, people usually go away and then Petey does not have to worry about them any longer. Petey was trained on a prong collar and he does know how to heal. He is receptive to training and aims to please, just give him time to understand your requirements. Petey will happily walk for 15 minutes or 15 miles, he just loves to be outside and with a human. Petey’s absolute favorite activity is swimming. He will leap, jump and dive into a pool. Laps for hours and fetching a tennis ball make him the happiest. Petey will want to meet you more than once before you can enter his circle of trust. Throwing a ball over the fence, going for walks with Petey and his handler, giving him treats without expectation, are all routes to earning his trust. A home that doesn’t entertain or have tons of company would be best for Petey. He is crate trained and has had sleep overs while at Home Fur Good and he is content in a crate. Petey is not a fan of cats, he is intrigued by horses, and he finds cows to be appalling. When a serious, committed adopter arrives for Petey, there will be HELP. Paid for training back with George at Couth Canine for both Petey and his new family. Petey’s fans want to set him up to succeed!
Meet Quiche! This 14-year-old, 14-pound Schnauzer mix proves that age is just a number, and maybe even a lucky one. Quiche is a spunky, spirited senior who’s ready to write her next chapter. Life wasn’t always kind to her. Her poor dental health landed her on the euthanasia list at the Maricopa County shelter. Thankfully, Home Fur Good swooped in just in time to give her the care she desperately needed, including a full dental. She may be toothless now, but that hasn’t slowed her down one bit. She still enjoys her meals and greets each day with tail wags and a spark in her eye. Quiche thrives on companionship and would love a cozy home where she can relax, feel safe, and soak up the affection she so deserves. Whether she’s curled up in a sunbeam or following you around the house, she’ll bring warmth and gratitude into your life. Her $150 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a free wellness exam. Come meet her Thursday through Saturday, 11am–4pm. Call 602-971-1334 to schedule! Ahhh, what to say about RANDY? Home Fur Good loves this guy, and we know his perfect family is out there that will love him just the way he is. And the way Randy "is,"... is a bit special! ;-) Randy has had a few failed adoptions thus far, but we all know you don't often find true love on the first try. Randy has spent quite a bit of time with our trainer, who has helped us gain some more insight into his personality. To start, Randy is a FUN guy! He clearly has a talent for doggy modelling, and would love a forever home that takes lots and lots of pictures of his handsome face. Randy is always willing to pose with his "sit" and "paw" tricks, and will happily show them off for some treats. Randy has the perfect moderate energy level. Sometimes he enjoys a good run around the yard with a toy, and sometimes he's happy to curl up on a bed and chill out with a chew bone. Randy is affectionate with those he knows (he loves a good back scratch), but also independent enough to sniff around and explore on his own. In fact, Randy has quite the independent streak to him, which is part of what has made finding his perfect forever fit a bit of a challenge. Per Home Fur Good's trainer, Randy has quite a stubborn streak to him, and will do best in a home that sets boundaries while still allowing Randy to be Randy. He does not enjoy being "forced" to do things, and does not respond well to "discipline-based" dog training. Randy will do best in a home that loves him just the way he is, and is willing to get to know Randy on his terms. Randy will also do best in a home with no small children, and no other animals. We KNOW Randy's perfect person is out there waiting for him... could that person be YOU? Randy is 6.5-years-old and weighs 52 pounds. Randy is currently in board and train with Home Fur Good's trainer in Phx. Call 602-971-1334 and we will get you in touch with Randy's trainer for a meet and greet. Randy's adoption fee is $150 and includes prior training, spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment only. View full description »
Meet Tiki, a two-year-old, 47-pound Australian Cattle Dog mix. Rescued after being abandoned with her puppies in Pinal County, Tiki has shown incredible resilience and love. She’s the happiest girl you’ll ever meet and thrives on affection—belly rubs and kisses are her absolute favorites! While she’s not particularly interested in toys, she’s always up for a tasty treat and enjoys being close to her people. In fact, the term "Velcro dog" might as well have been made just for her. Tiki has a beautiful coat with the classic Red Heeler markings and walks politely on a leash. She already knows how to sit and, though she sometimes jumps up to get closer to you, she’s an eager learner and will quickly pick up polite manners with a little guidance. Her adoption fee of $225 includes spaying, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness exam at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who will stick by your side through thick and thin, Tiki is your girl. Meet Toast, a six-year-old Chihuahua mix with a lovable personality and a smile that’s sure to brighten your day. Weighing in at 15 pounds, Toast is a little on the chunky side, but with a healthy diet and some gentle encouragement to stay active, he’ll be in tip-top shape in no time. Toast can be a bit shy when meeting new people, especially men, but once he warms up, he becomes a loyal and affectionate cuddle buddy. His cautious nature just means he takes his time choosing his favorite humans. Toast is attentive and highly treat-motivated, making him a great candidate for continued training. He’s a sweet, sensitive boy looking for a calm, patient home where he can feel safe and loved. Toast’s adoption fee of $225 includes neutering, up-to-date vaccinations, microchipping, and even a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Meet Venus, a spirited and affectionate two-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing 42 pounds. This lively girl is full of energy and eager to share her zest for life with an active family. Whether it's running, jumping, or playing tug—her absolute favorite game—Venus is always ready for action! She thrives on physical activity and would do best in a home with a yard where she can stretch her legs and burn off energy. Venus is not only playful but also incredibly smart. She’s both toy- and treat-motivated, making her an excellent candidate for training. A harness is recommended for walks, as she’s still learning that strolls aren’t races! She enjoys pets and handling, making vet visits a breeze. If you have another dog at home, a meet-and-greet is essential. Venus’ enthusiasm may be a bit much for a laid-back pup. Her $225 adoption fee includes spaying, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness exam at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital.
